“Novogrudskie Dary”, a branch of Lida Dairy and Canning Plant OJSC, is one of the largest dairy enterprises in the Grodno Region of the Republic of Belarus. The company's production facilities allow it to process approximately 540 tonnes of raw milk per day.
The company produces a wide range of dairy food products, including: dried dairy products, sweet cream butter with a fat content of 72.5% and 82.5%, semi-hard and hard cheeses.
In 2005, the company developed, implemented and certified a quality management system in accordance with STB ISO 9001-2009.
In 2006, a food safety management system (HACCP) was developed, implemented and certified in accordance with the requirements of STB 1470-2012.
In 2014, the company developed, implemented and certified a food safety management system in accordance with STB ISO 22000-2006.
In January 2017, the company certified its food safety management system in accordance with the FSSC 22000 certification scheme.

The butter is produced from pasteurized, sweet, natural fresh cream through churning. It offers excellent quality and a pleasant, distinctive taste.
It is particularly suitable for culinary use, adds a pleasant taste and aroma to dishes, and is an excellent ingredient for baking and dessert recipes.

Sales of butter and skimmed milk powder are carried out through commodity exchange trading conducted by the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange.
4. Dry Protein Dairy Drinks and Dry Dairy Mixes
The company offers dry protein dairy drinks, dry dairy mixes for ice cream production, and dry dairy beverages in a variety of flavors.
