On August 20, 2026, the official opening ceremony of the International Exhibition “Packaging Solutions for the Food and Non-Food Industries – UPAK EXPO 2026” was held in Dushanbe as part of the Tajikistan Food Industry Forum, organized by the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The International Exhibition “UPAK EXPO 2026” is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan jointly with the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. More than 50 leading industry companies from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Russia, and Türkiye are participating in the exhibition and showcasing their products and solutions.
The exhibition is aimed at promoting the development of the packaging industry, introducing modern industrial technologies, expanding business and trade relations between manufacturers and suppliers, as well as attracting direct investment into the food industry sector.
The exhibition’s business programme includes direct B2B negotiations between participants, presentations of new products and innovative technologies, as well as the signing of specific financial contracts and cooperation agreements.
The exhibition will continue until August 22.
