We invite companies from the Republic of Tajikistan that are interested in entering and expanding their activities in the European Union market to consider LĪVĀNI INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIAL & TECHNOLOGY CAMPUS in Latvia as a production, warehousing and logistics base within the EU.
The project comprises approximately 7.39 hectares of industrial land, existing production and warehouse buildings, and opportunities for light manufacturing, furniture production, woodworking, textiles, prefab/modular production, construction materials, food production, assembly, packaging, warehousing and European distribution.
Proposed business model:
Production in Tajikistan → localization/assembly/processing in Latvia → warehousing and logistics in Līvāni → sales across the Baltic States, Scandinavia and the EU market.
We are open to various forms of cooperation, including:
- joint ventures (JV);
- strategic investments;
- leasing;
- build-to-suit development;
- purchase of individual buildings;
- purchase of part or all of the project site.
