On November 4, 2026, a ceremonial gathering dedicated to the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The gathering was opened by the Chairman of the Chamber, Farhodshoh Rahmonali Rahmonalizoda, who delivered opening remarks and warmly congratulated those present on this important historical and political occasion.

In his speech, it was emphasized that the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, as the supreme legal document and a fundamental foundation of statehood, plays a key role in establishing and strengthening the foundations of an independent state, ensuring the rule of law, protecting human and civil rights and freedoms, and defining the main directions of societal development. The adoption of the Constitution created a solid legal foundation for building a democratic, law-based, secular and social state, and has played an important role in strengthening peace and stability, national unity, and the sustainable development of the country.

It was also noted that respecting and upholding the Constitution, improving citizens’ legal awareness, and carrying out responsible activities in accordance with the requirements of legislation are the duties of every employee and citizen of the country. In this regard, the Chamber’s employees are expected to make a meaningful contribution to fulfilling their professional responsibilities through a strong sense of responsibility, dedication to the state and nation, and compliance with legal standards.

In a ceremonial atmosphere, several Chamber employees who had reached retirement age and completed many years of professional service were honored and officially bade farewell as they retired. Their valuable contributions to the Chamber’s work were acknowledged with gratitude and appreciation. At the same time, with the aim of strengthening the Chamber’s human resources capacity and creating opportunities to attract new professional talent, several young and talented specialists were appointed to senior leadership positions.

The Chamber’s management expressed its sincere gratitude to the retiring employees for their dedicated service, extensive experience, and valuable contributions to the Chamber’s activities. The newly appointed specialists were wished success, initiative, and significant achievements in carrying out their important responsibilities.
