On March 5, 2026, a celebratory meeting dedicated to Mother's Day was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, attended by management and staff.

The meeting was opened by Rahmonalizoda Farkhodshoh, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who congratulated the women and girls of the Chamber on Mother's Day.

In his congratulatory speech, Rahmonalizoda F.R. recalled the greatness of mothers and noted that today, fortunately, under the leadership of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, and in accordance with the country's government policy, mothers are highly valued in our country and occupy a special place in work and life.

It was noted that women make a significant contribution to the country's economic development, and that female entrepreneurs are engaged in production activities in various sectors of the country's economy, creating jobs and contributing to improving the standard of living. At the same time, they contribute to the achievement of the country's strategic goals, including rapid industrialization and food security.

According to statistics, approximately 109 thousand or 28,2 percent, of the country's total number of business entities are women entrepreneurs.

At the same time, approximately 53 thousand or 29,1 percent of the heads of dehkan farms are women.

Concluding his speech, Rahmonalizoda F.R. wished the women of the Chamber and, by extension, all women and mothers in the country good health and happiness.
